We can provide web management support packages for website that are configured on the following content management systems:

If your website is configured in a custom built CMS or hard coded with no CMS, then it's unlikely we will be able to provide a package for you. Sorry.
Our web team members time all work they do on a website that is then recorded in timesheet software against the client's website. We then provide you with an update each month how many hours have been used from your package.
Any package allocated hours not used in any given month is rolled over to the next month and so surplus hours can be built up over the period of the package.
If you still have surplus hours to use by the end of the package term then we will continue providing the remaining hours until they have been used up
If we have no surplus rollover hours available from previous months to use we can provide an add-on of hours for any given month that is added to your next invoice at the same hourly rate as your current package.

Once we have been able to gain all the necessary access details to your website, we will perform an initial health check and update key elements if required.
We may also suggest to install new maintenance related features such as automated uptime monitoring, security monitoring and page load speed optimisation tools, if not currently present in the website configuration
We typically respond to any new request you have within 24 hours and aim to complete any new update requests within 5 working days.
